75 g cheese crumbs (goat cheese is ideal, but any soft cheese will do}
1 / 4 red onion, thinly sliced
Vinaigrette
1 /3 cup white sugar
1 /2 cup oil (canola}
1 / 4 cup vinegar (white, elderberry or other}
2 Tbsp sesame seed
2 Tbsp poppy seed
1 / 4 tsp paprika
1 /2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
